A community story is easier to understand when its basic details are documented. Record who provided the information, what the story describes and which details have been confirmed.
Describe objects carefully

Give people context
Ask contributors what the game means in their family, club or local community. Preserve their words accurately and make clear when a passage is a personal memory rather than a documented historical claim.

Use descriptive captions, credit photographers and keep references with the story. Clear documentation makes a small collection more useful to future readers and editors.
